Raymond Smith – Managing Director

RAYMOND took charge as Managing Director of the company in 2013 which was founded by his late father Padraig.

Raymond re-branded in 2018 to Smith Property and the company has grown from strength to strength under his leadership. Raymond has many years of experience in the property industry where he has gained an in-depth knowledge covering all aspects and serving many clients throughout County Cavan and beyond.

Raymond is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV) where he served as the youngest council member 2013 to 2023. He is a registered TEGoVA Commercial & Residential Valuer (REV). He is a fully licensed property services provider through the PSRA.

Ever the professional, Raymond has a keen eye for detail which comes to the fore when conducting business. Pleasant, approachable, and hard working he strives to provide an exceptional professional service to all clients.

In his spare time, he has many interests including GAA, rugby, gym, golf, is a car enthusiast among a few more hobbies. A proud Ballyjamesduff and Castlerahan man, he now resides on the outskirts of Cavan town.
